We Read + STEM Exploration Station (Health Sciences Learning Center Atrium, 750 Highland Avenue)
Join Madison Public Library and our partner STEM Force at the 2024 Science Expeditions Open House for an introduction to robotics! STEM Force is a student-run, local nonprofit dedicated to providing enjoyable STEM experiences. Come meet (and drive!) their latest robot and learn how you can get involved in STEM activities like First Lego League. STEM can also be expanded to STEAM, so we'll also have info about all kinds of art-y library resources, including the We Read Youth Voices writing contest chaired by STEM Force co-founder Diya Dhawal!
UW Madison's Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) is located at 750 Highland Avenue. HSLC is serviced by Madison Metro bus routes, and has ample bike parking. Cars are invited to park in Lot 60.
