Computer Classes at Central Library

DANEnet offers free computer classes to learn basic computer skills

DANEnet's Digital Equity Project is offering a free, 5-week course for basic computer skills, to be held in-person at Madison Public Library’s Central Library location from May 4, 2022 - June 1, 2022

This class is intended for adults (must be at least 18 years old). Class size is limited. Priority is given to adults with caseworker referrals or from low-income households.

In-person classes will take place at Central Library on Wednesday evenings. Each class is an hour long, with an additional 30 minutes reserved for questions.

• Computer Basics (May 4, 5:30-7pm)
• Internet Basics & Safety (May 11, 5:30-7pm)
• Tools for Writing (May 18, 5:30-7pm)
• Troubleshooting (May 25, 5:30-7pm)
• Walk-In Tech Questions (June 1, 5:30-7pm)

This program is a partnership between DANEnet, the Madison Public Library, and the City of Madison.
