Meadowridge Library will celebrate their 50th Anniversary next Wednesday, June 12 from 3-6pm! The library was built in this location in 1974 and it brought permanent library service to neighborhoods that were previously served by a Library Bookmobile.
Celebrate this exciting milestone with music from DJ Pain One, a balloon artist, face painting, a photo booth and more. Adults will have the chance to win a free book each month from the Friends of Meadowridge Library Cart for a full year, and everyone can enjoy party treats like popcorn, cotton candy and cupcakes.
After the event, keep the fun going by heading over to Meadowood Park for the City of Madison's Parks Alive event, which also includes free food, music, and time to get to know your neighbors.
