We Read Spring Break: R'oujie Wellness

Join us for 2 fun dance and yoga sessions for teens during spring break. Each day, Keena Atkinson, Wellness Professional & founder of R'oujie Wellness will lead youth through a 50 min dance session to rnb, pop and hip hop music. Youth will learn choreography to several songs, 1-2 popular line dances, and body love and awareness from 2-2:50 There will be a 10 min break and then we will bust out the yoga mats to do a 1 hour yoga class from 3-4pm. Each class over break has a focus designed to benefit social emotional and brain developments as well as improve confidence and self esteem through discussion, breathwork, movement, and more. 3/26 Yoga class theme is self advocacy and self love. 3/28 yoga class theme is conflict resolution and assertiveness.
