This summer Madison Public Library welcomes Zen Ed Wellness for a thoughtful three-part wellness series designed to nurture your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
If you're looking to bring more joy into your daily life or explore the transitions and opportunities that come with aging, these workshops offer tools for reflection, creativity, and personal growth.
Each program is facilitated by Zen Ed Wellness, a local organization that specializes in both personal and collective wellbeing, and believes in bringing wellness to all spaces.
These events are free and open to all adults.
This program is part of the Live Well @ Your Library initiative.
