The Affirmative Action Commission consist of eleven (11) members appointed by the Mayor.


The CPD's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Recommending policy to the Mayor, Common Council and Department of Civil Rights in all areas that affect people with disabilities and their families; studying and making recommendations to all City departments, committees and commissions on proposals to provide better access to facilities and services for people with disabilities and their families; and soliciting comments and suggestions from citizens and organized groups...
