Take the Summer Reading Bingo Survey

Summer Reading Survey

We want to make our Summer Reading program the absolute best it can be - and we need your help to make that happen. Take the Summer Reading Bingo survey at a Madison Public Library near you!

By participating, you're providing valuable feedback that will help our librarians make Summer Reading more fun and engaging.

So how does it work?

Visit any one of our nine library locations, and ask the librarian at the desk for voting stickers!

Two large Bingo Cards will be placed prominently in the library: one for school age and one for preschool.

Readers:

-Put a GREEN sticker on the activity that sounds the MOST interesting.
-Put an ORANGE sticker on the activity that sounds the LEAST interesting.

Parents:

-Put a PURPLE sticker on the activity you think would best engage your reader.

Would you like to give us more feedback? You can also ask the librarian for a comment card and return it to the front desk.

You have until February 21st to participate in the Summer Reading Bingo Survey and submit feedback.

If you can't make it into the library but still want to share your thoughts about the Summer Reading program, email our Youth Services Team at youth@madisonpubliclibrary.org.
