Calling all artists! The Madison Arts Commission and The Bubbler at Madison Public Library are launching a new, 11-month artist residency program based out of a dedicated art studio at Thurber Park. Art makers of all backgrounds and mediums creating durable, timeless art, suitable for outdoor public settings are encouraged to apply.
