Calling all artists! The Madison Arts Commission and The Bubbler at Madison Public Library are launching a new, 11-month artist residency program based out of a dedicated art studio at Thurber Park. Art makers of all backgrounds and mediums creating durable, timeless art, suitable for outdoor public settings are encouraged to apply. Make Music Madison is part of Make Music Day - The Global Music Celebration. All throughout the day on Friday, June 21, 2019 there will be hundreds of free outdoor concerts.
