Rescheduled - Stories and Soil - Planting

Join Jessi (Librarian) and Donale (Farmer) for a special garden series! Each meeting will include a short storytime, then a garden activity and delicious fresh snack.

Sessions will be outdoors, in Hawthorne's alley space. Seating for storytime will be in the grass. Feel free to bring something to sit on, and be ready to engage with dirt!

This program is geared towards youth ages 2-6 years and their caregivers. Siblings are welcome.

 

THIS SESSION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE ON JUNE 8TH, BUT WAS RESCHULED DUE TO WEATHER.

Stories and Soil is a four part garden series. The sessions are; Worms and Soil, Planting, Tending, and Harvesting. You are welcome to attend all or some of the sessions.
