Creativity is a proven way to reduce stress and tap into resilience. What if you're not "creative"? What if you don't have art supplies? What if you are very skeptical about the whole idea? Perfect! Join Theresa Kim for Meditative Creativity: Pencil & Paper Edition. We will be using pencil (or pen) and paper (or napkins or backs of cereal boxes - whatever you have handy) and focusing on the process of making marks and designs to quiet our minds and calm our hearts. Absolutely, positively no art skills required. The question you are invited to ask yourself is, "What have I got to lose?"

This event will be hosted virtually through Zoom. The link to this program will be sent to you by email when you sign up. Zoom is a free video platform, and you can watch on a browser, or through the free mobile app for ios or android.
