Justice Club: Zine making workshop for kids and families

Madison Room
Saturday, Jan 18, 10:30am to 12:00pm

Communication's Justice Club will be joining forces with Solarpunk Surf Club to experience the current exhibition, Graen Room, in the 3rd floor gallery. Justice Club is a service-learning art project for elementary school-aged artists who want to empower others by expressing themselves! We will provide supplies and guidance for kids to create collage pages that illustrate who they are as art-makers and young members of the community.

Our location for the next Justice Club workshop will NOT be at Communication, but will be the exhibition space on the 3rd floor of the Madison Public Library. The current installation is Grean Room - an exhibition by Solarpunk Surf Club.

""Græn R∞m is a public living room for conviviality and utopian (re)creation. Guests are invited to read, rest, play, and socialize in a cozy, communal environment.""
