Join us for part two of a four part series presented by The Oilerie Sun Prairie:

What are the different flavors of virgin olive oils (EVOO) and aged balsamic vinegars? How do I use these products? What are some health benefits of these products? How much should I use and what’s the shelf life? I want to make my own salad dressing – teach me how! Teach me some other easy recipes that I can use right away.

Part 3: How to Use Oils, Vinegars, and Spices for Heart Healthy Recipes (September 10, 2:00-3:00)
Part 4: Freezer Meals for Two with Healthy Oils and Vinegars (September 17, 2:00-3:00)

Participants do not need to attend all four parts of the series. Each one can be enjoyed individually.
