City of Madison residents can cast their absentee ballot for the August primary at the library!
Sequoya Library will be an In-Person Absentee Voting location on Saturday, July 30 and Saturday, August 6, from 10:00am to 4:00pm each day.
Voter registration will be available on July 30. Voters who need to register due to a recent move or name change will also need to show an acceptable proof of address document. Registration will not be available on August 6 because registration is not allowed the three days before an election.
Please keep in mind that, due to the recent Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling, a completed absentee ballot may ONLY be returned to Clerk staff at an in-person absentee voting location by the voter who cast it.
