At 9:00am, we welcome Tite2Nite: "Tite2Nite (G.Rae & T.Paul) made their first public debut in 2018 as 'The Fuggits' at Midvale Heights community station WIDE-LP 99.1FM 'radio for the 99%' featuring original tunes about a Cow, a Sow, neighborhood dog tributes, and Tangled Up In Cords/Chords — a parody of Bob Dylan’s Tangled Up In Blue. The duo's funkarelic style also covers popular songs on soprano, tenor, baritone, and micro-bass ukuleles. Deck jams eventually moved to driveway sessions during the pandemic for neighbors to celebrate music while listening to unique renditions of Led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven, the Beatles Here Comes The Sun, David Crosby’s Long Time Gone and Southern Cross, Tom Petty tunes, and a host of other favorites from Rock, Folk, and Americana artists -- as well as our own Roadkill Blues and more!"

Enjoy dance, creative movement, songs and stories that get children thinking creatively and problem solving while having fun. Creative Movement and Dance is brimming with energy, curiosity, creativity, and fun geared towards kids aged 2-4 and but with plenty of fun to be had for caregivers and siblings. All levels of participation are welcome and we suggest caregiver interaction especially for children under 3yrs.

Dancers will learn about physical and spatial concepts by exploring the ideas through self generated movement and play. The highest priorities are having fun, learning concepts that are useful for both dance and life at large, and expanding physical and linguistic vocabularies.

About River Food Pantry & Munch Truck

Launched in 2016, Munch is our mobile meals program that delivers free healthy meals to children and adults in over a dozen low-income neighborhoods throughout Madison. Each meal contains a sandwich or main menu item, a fruit or vegetable, a grain, a treat, and a drink. Everyone is welcome to take home a free meal. No registration or ID is required.

Neighborhoods served by Munch have large populations of children eligible for free school lunch. To bridge the gap that exists when school lunch is not available, Munch operates up to 6 days per week, Monday–Saturday, any time school cafeterias are closed (including breaks and periods of remote learning).

For any questions or comments, please contact the Munch staff at munch@riverfoodpantry.org or (608) 661-1223.

Their debut 'Chapter I' EP, released on November 10 2023, features a dynamic blend of intricate guitar riffs, energetic drumming, and literature-inspired lyrics. Adult Book Club's music is a reflection of their diverse influences, drawing inspiration from various rock and punk subgenres as well as the pages of timeless novels. Their music can veer from pop punk anthems to emo ballads to metalcore breakdowns, sometimes over the course of a single song. And while song titles like Catcher in the Rye and Brave New World may make their setlist look like a syllabus for a high school English class, there is no required reading for an Adult Book Club show."
