Engaging with books, songs and playful experiences all help children develop communication skills, patience, empathy, and pre-reading skills​ and helps to build a lifelong love of reading. Library programs are always free. Siblings and childcare groups are welcome.

Join Kayla Olson, Dementia Care Specialist from the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dane County (ADRC), to find out what happens to our brains as we get older, learn more about age-related memory loss, and ways to modify your lifestyle to promote brain health, and decrease the risk of dementia.

Registration is recommended but not required and opens 2 weeks before the event.

It's time for LEGO Club! Join us the 2nd Wednesday of each month (Jan 10, Feb 14, Mar 13, Apr 10, May 8, June 12), for ages 5 to 12. Leave your own LEGOs at home - we've got plenty to share! Sometimes there's a theme, but there's always opportunity to free build.
