A memory screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory. It creates a baseline so future changes can be monitored. Specialists from the Aging & Disability Resource Center will provide these free 15-minute, confidential memory screenings and will have information about memory, memory clinics, brain health and local resources that are available.

2020 Census Applicant Days - Work for the Census!

April 1, 2020 is Census Day and only 6 weeks from now! The Census Bureau needs to hire a lot of Madison residents to ensure a complete count of everyone who lives here - especially people who will not initially participate by phone, mail, or website. Recruiters from the U.S. Census will be spreading awareness and helping people apply on the spot with Applicant Days. Following up with every missed individual requires the work of many Census Takers. It's a great part-time job that will pay $17-$23 an hour in Dane County. (ages 18 and up)

A safe yoga class designed for seniors that includes breath work and poses that will teach the elements of balance, and improve muscle strength and flexibility. A good way to main general body health, range of joint motion, and boost your energy. Instructor Ellen Millar is a graduate of Duke Integrative Medicine Yoga for Seniors Master Class. Presented in partnership with NewBridge.

This class is 8 weeks on Fridays January 10 - Febrary 28. Registration required.
