About the Presenter

Zen Ed is a women-run business bringing personal and collective wellness practices to all spaces. Sarah and Nisa hold advanced degrees in psychology and are certified yoga teachers with over 30 combined years of experience in education.  Our desire is to change the world by working alongside women in their personal and collective transformations.
