Join professional children’s illustrator Rita Richardson and take a sketch and turn it into a final illustration. In this program, you’ll learn how to navigate Procreate on the iPad. Rita will run through how to create thumbnails and tight sketches, and then how to finalize illustrations for print. For this project, patrons will be creating a 2x6 inch bookmark that they will be able to print out and laminate to take home and use outside of the library. iPads and Apple Pencils will be available for this program and printed bookmarks will be supplied by the library.
Space is limited and registration is required. Registration will open two weeks before the program, on August 18.
