Example 3: Are there any book readings of Frank Asch books available?

 

From the front page of TeachingBooks, click on the Book Readings tab at the top right-hand side of the screen. It will change to a dark orange color when you scroll over it.

 

This brings you to the Book Readings search page. When you click on the orange “Browse all 1149 Book Readings” tab, you will find an alphabetical listing of Book Readings by author.

 

Scroll down the page or click on the letter of the alphabet for the last name of the author you are looking for. Frank Asch titles are listed further down the first page.

 

Click on the blue link for the story that you want to hear read aloud.

This takes you to the “Frank Asch Animated Books” page.

 

Scroll down the page to find the story you want to hear. Click on the “Sandcake” button to hear that story read aloud.

 

You can now listen to the story being read aloud, and view the illustrations from the story!
