Example 1: What do I need an account for?   Do I have to check out ebooks?

blue arrowYou may want an account to create lists and keep track of titles.  From the front page of NetLibrary, click on the blue link that says "Create a Free Account" on the top right of the screen.

blue arrowFill out the form by choosing a username and password and typing them in. Confirm the password, choose a security question, type in your name and email and click 'Create an Account.'

NetLibrary my list and notes

blue arrowThis allows you to create lists and notes and track the items that you are interested in.  You do not need to check out titles when using NetLibrary.  When viewing on NetLibrary, titles may be viewed on a rolling 15 minute basis. If you continue to be active in reading the title (turning pages, navigating, taking notes, searching) you will continue to have access.  Once you become inactive, either by not performing any of the functions listed or by ending your session, the copy will become available for another user to access.
