Example 3: I need information about Mark Twain.

From the front page of LitFinder, type Mark Twain in the Basic Search box on the right hand side of the page. Click the arrow key to go.

The results page divides the materials featuring Mark Twain into poems, stories, essays, plays, speeches and more. If you are looking for biographical information, you might want to start looking in the Essays section.

Under the Essays results list, click on the Mark Twain, a Tragic American link. This gives you a biographical essay about Mark Twain. You can choose to read the text online, or print by clicking on the Print Text link on the right side of the page.
