Example 4: Is there information available about Madison, WI from long ago?

From the first screen, click on Search Books.

From the Search Books screen, click on Places.

From the Places screen, fill in the Place Name field, for example, Dane County. Then click Search.

This gives you a Book Results List. The first listing is for a book about Madison. Click on the link to view image or check the box to the left of the record to save to the Notebook function.

You will see the Page Image of the title page of a book titled, “The City of Madison.” Use the page forward key in the top right corner to continue reading the book page by page or jump to the page you want by filling in the “Viewing Page” box just below the page forward key. You can also choose to print or download this information.
