Example 1: I would like to find old marriage records from Marshfield WI. How do I do that?

From the first screen, click on Search PERSI ™.

From the Search PERSI ™ screen, click on Places.

From the Places screen, find Wisconsin on the top pull-down menu. Then type Clark into the County field.

A screen with various listings for articles from Clark County Wisconsin appears. There are marriage records from 1941 and 1942 from the periodical “Kith and Kin” as well as marriage records from the 1800s from the Wisconsin State Genealogical Society Newsletter. Click on the links that interest you or click the box to the left of the link to save to the Notebook function.

Then click on the periodical link to view the various volumes and issues.

Choose a volume and issue link.

You will see that the actual article is not available online, but a PERSI ™ request form is available to print off and phone, fax or email in.
