From the front page of EBSCOhost, click on the blue Searchasaurus link for elementary and middle school information.
From the Searchasaurus map, choose where you would like to start your search. You can choose encyclopedia articles, Primary Search with magazine articles for elementary age students, Middle School Search Plus with magazine articles for middle school students, a dictionary, or a picture database. Let’s start with Primary Search.
Type in the words you want to find in the box, then click search.
This gives you a results page with many items. Some of the items in the list are abstracts without the full article. The items that include the entire article have a little picture of a piece of paper at the end of the citation. To view an article, click on the title of the article.
You can choose to read the article from the computer screen, print it out or email it to yourself or someone else. There is a link at the top of the screen that allows you to find more articles like the one you choose or you can return to the list of results to continue your research.
