Library Takeover
The Library Takeover teams attended three final event planning training sessions with local experts.  On November 9 Francesca Rodriquez, a Foundation Officer at Madison Public Library Foundation, joined the teams to speak about the financial aspects of event planning, such as creating and sticking to a budget. Maker Corps
The library’s Bubbler program continues to support maker-based education for children and teens through a series of hands-on programs hosted in libraries, schools, and community places.  Two new grants will allow that work to continue and expand in 2017, in conjunction with the final year of our IMLS National Leadership Grant.
