Children’s Summer Passport Guarantees Fun and Learning

Alicia

The Madison Children’s Summer Passport Program is your guide to activities, entertainment, and learning all summer long for kids and their families. A collaboration among, the Madison Children’s Museum, the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA), the UW Geology Museum, the Wisconsin Historical Museum, the Madison Public Library - Central Branch, UW Space Place, and Monona Terrace, the program includes concerts, movies and presentations, workshops, exhibits, and interactive fun!

Monona Terrace is hosting the Summer Passport Kick-Off Event on Wednesday, June 24, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in the Exhibition Hall. The event will feature six different activity stations for children aged 4 - 8 offered by the participants in the Summer Passport Program. The event is second in a series of Lakeside Kids programs offered at Monona Terrace on Wednesday mornings during the months of June and July.

Pick up your passport at any participating location or at the kick-off event and join the downtown fun! Participate in at least one activity or program at each site and receive a stamp in your passport. When you have collected all seven stamps, your name will be entered into a grand prize raffle. Prizes include a kid’s bike from Budget Bicycles, and fun gift bags with items from all of the participating sites!
