For those seeking assistance to pay their energy bills, two places can help. The Wisconsin Energy Assistance Bureau at P.O. Box 7868, Madison, WI 53707, 1-866-HEATWIS (432-8947), coordinates the federally funded Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and the Public Benefits Energy Assistance Progam.  These services are provides through county social service agencies, tribal governments, and provate non-profits organizations.
