Financial Wellness for the New Year

Molly

broke The new year is a good time for people to establish financial balance after bills accumulate from the holidays. Set goals for financial freedom and moderation in spending with a new budget.

The library has many resources to help you get your finances where you want them to be, including books on budgeting, stocks and bonds, and Morningstar, a subscription-based investment service offered for free to Madison residents and at Madison libraries.

Visit our January Is Financial Wellness Month site for a list of new books and resources available at the library that will help you take control of your finances. Or, attend one of four Finance 101 workshops co-sponsored by Madison Public Library and the UW Credit Union.
