The 11th annual Charlotte Zolotow Lecture was delivered on October 15, 2008, at the Wisconsin Union Theater in conjunction with the Wisconsin Book Festival. Established in 1998, the lecture was named to honor distinguished children’s book editor Charlotte Zolotow and the event is administered by the Cooperative Children’s Book Center, a library of the School of Education of the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
This year’s lecture was delivered by popular author and activist Judy Blume. View the archived lecture online and listen to audience members talk about Judy via the CCBC website. Viewing requires a Quicktime media player.
