Molly

October is Vegetarian Month and the library has resources that will help you decide if a vegetarian diet is right for you.  From tips on how to meet your nutritional needs to tons of recipes for vegetarian cuisine to keep you well-fed, the library has a wealth of information available.

If you’ve been thinking of going vegetarian, now is the time!  The outdoor Dane County Farmers’ Market continues through November 8, 2008.
