WADOMA at Monona Terrace
WADOMA (West African Dance of Madison) will be performing a free show at the Monona Terrace in the Rooftop Garden as part of the Lakeside Kids children’s program, Wednesday, July 16 at 10:00 a.m. WADOMA uses a blend of traditional and modern music and dance forms to create a unique and exciting experience. In this one-hour performance, drummers and dancers will thrill you with their blend of African, American, and global rhythms and movements. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be moved inside; call 261-4000 after 8:30 a.m. the day of event for the new location.
