include("adsense.php"); ?>
Harry Houdini was born on March 24 in 1874 in Budapest, Hungary. From 1900 on, however, he claims to have been born in Appleton, WI, the city to which his family immigrated in 1878. The Secret Life of Houdini: The Making of America’s First Superhero by William Kalush is a fascinating new look at a man who made magic happen. Magician, entertainer and possible spy, Houdini’s life was full of surprises. Even after death, the intrigue continues.
Forensic investigators plan to exhume the remains of Houdini, in order to search for clues to his possible murder. The Kalush book examines some of the rumors that pertain to Houdini’s death, but the mystery may finally be solved in the days to come.

You should add why this is a mystery and where it took place. Also, what is the mystery? Who was involved in the mystery and who were the victims? Suspects? What happened? Be very detailed….What do experts say about the mystery? Why is this case still unsolved? Thank you???

The mystery surrounding Houdini’s death pertains to his cause of death. Medical examiners reported that Houdini died of peritonitis from a ruptured appendix. This may have been caused by blows to the stomach, but some believe that Houdini was actually poisoned. His involvement in debunking self-proclaimed psychics and mediums might have angered some folks; he might have been in danger for other reasons as well - some believe Houdini was a spy for the US Secret Service or Scotland Yard. The process to have his body exhumed and tested is underway, but could take months for examiners to determine the actual cause of death.

Alright, but why is this case still unsolved? What do experts say about the mystery? Who poisoned him? Can you comparea this mystery to a solved mystery?

The case is still unsolved because the exhumation and testing of Houdini’s body has not been completed. Forensics experts will examine his hairs, fingernails, and any bone fractures before they come to any conclusive evidence. I can’t compare this situation to a solved mystery because there are so many factors still at play. You might want to read this news article from MSNBC to get a better idea of what is happening:

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU AND YOUR READERS THAT IT WAS MY FATHER “ESCAPE ARTIST” NORMAN BIGELOW. WHO DEDICATED HIS LIFE TO HIS CRAFT AND HARRY HOUDINI. HE WAS THE ORIGINAL WRITER OF “DEATH BLOW” THE HOUDINI MURDER THEORY IN 1983. I FIND IT INSULTING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO COME ALONG AND RECIEVE CREDIT FOR YEARS OF RESEARCH MY FATHER DID WITHOUT BEING ACKNOWLEDGED FOR IT. AS MY FATHER DOES BELIEVE POSION WAS A FACTOR,
NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW HOUDINI WAS BORN WITH HIS APPENDIX ON THE LEFT SIDE SO IT IS
