National Handwriting Day

January 23 is National Handwriting Day, in honor of John Hancock, the first person to sign the Declaration of Independence.  Participate in National Handwriting Day by writing a note or letter to a loved one.  Use a pen and paper, not a computer keyboard, to share your sincerity and individuality. 

The library has lots of books on graphology or the study of handwriting, especially as a means of analyzing character.  One new title is the Handwriting Analyst’s Toolkit by Peter West.  What does your “John Hancock” reveal about your personality and character?  Find out more at the library!
