Cooking with the “best”

A week ago I posted some links to ‘best of’ lists that are percolating all over the place. With this post I wanted to focus on a particularly attractive niche of ‘bests’ - Cookbooks. Where else will you find covers like this one? And, I guess not too surprisingly, everyone’s got different opinions about these bests.
