Have you started training for the Madison Marathon or Half-Marathon yet? If not, you’d better get started! If you’re looking for routes to run, a great place to start is Running Around Madison: Routes and Byways for Runners. It’s got a handful of routes of various distances, which the author encourages you to copy and carry so you don’t get lost. The Wisconsin Track Club offers some more variations. After you’ve moved through those, you can plot your own runs with Map My Run.
If you want to read up before you get started, check out my post from last year, 26.2 miles for a brat?
