No that’s not a tabloid headline! In Garcia’s mystery novels
dinosaurs never died out, they simply went underground. Using elaborate costumes, they have disguised themselves as humans. In Casual Rex, we meet Vincent Rubio, a private investigator who’s also a velociraptor. He and his partner Ernie are investigating mysterious events surrounding a dinosaur cult. Once you wrap your head around the outrageous idea, this is an old fashioned noir detective story with a wry sense of humor. If you like this one also try Anonymous Rex and Hot and Sweaty Rex

All right, Gregg! I’ve read all of Garcia’s Rex novels and they are excellent fun.
