Fat white vampire blues by Andrew Fox
Think it would be great to be a vampire? Up all night, sleep all day, occasionally feast on the blood of the living, etc.? Well vampires have problems too. Consider Jules Duchon, a taxi-driving vampire in New Orleans. Because of the rich diet that New Orleaners eat, Jules has become overweight feasting on the blood of the locals. There is also a tough new vampire in the neighborhood who, for reasons unknown, holds a serious grudge against Jules. It doesn’t help that Jules is new to the vampire lifestyle, and somewhat of a sad sack who hasn’t really learned what being a vampire is all about. A hilarious parody of vampire fiction.
