Enter LINKcat and click on "My Account." Enter your library barcode number, and your PIN
Click on "Overview" to see a summary of number of items out, holds, blocks (overdues), fines, and more.
To see a list of what you have checked out, click on "Items Out" on the overview screen or "Checked Out" on the purple menu bar. You'll see a summary of titles and dates due. You may select one or many titles to renew them. You may sort them by "Title," date checked "Out," or "Due Date" by clicking on the links.
To check your Holds, click on "Hold Requests."
You may also check your fines and overdues by clicking on "Blocks" from the "Account Overview" summary or "Fines/Blocks" on the purple menu bar. If an item is overdue, fines will not appear on this screen until it has been checked in by the library.
The library uses the generic term "blocks" to refer to messages on your record. A block referring to "pickup authorization" would be a message about a form that was signed by you and a second party to allow pickup of holds, as a convenience.
You may also update parts of your profile. To do this, click on "Profile" from the "Account Overview" summary or "Profile" on the purple menu bar. You will be able to verify if your address is correct, but you will not be able to change it without presenting proof of your address at a library.
Also in your "Profile" you will be able to add an email address or update your existing email address. If an email address is already listed, you will receive your holds via email. If you wish to start receiving notices via email but haven't before, please send us your email address and we'll change your card record. Replacing phone messages with email messages can not be done without letting us know directly that you wish to begin email notification. This may take several days to show up in your account. If you wish to stop email notification, please call us at any time.
