Thanks to guest author Michelle Wildgen and all our attendees and volunteers for making the 2010 Book Club Café a success!

Michelle Wildgen is the author of two novels set in Madison: You're Not You and But Not For Long. Wildgen lives in Madison, and attended the University of Wisconsin and Sarah Lawrence College in New York. She also writes about food, is a senior editor of Tin House magazine, and editor of an anthology, Food & Booze: A Tin House Literary Feast. Her work has appeared in such publications as The New York Times, and O, the Oprah Magazine, as well as numerous anthologies and journals. Please visit the author's website for more information.

The event, hosted at the Olbrich Botanical Gardens on May 26th, featured the popular gift basket raffle, catering by Queen Anne's Catering, and a complimentary Book Club Favorites booklet. All proceeds from the event, attended this year by nearly 200 book club members and area readers, benefit the library.
