Short Summer Book Sale at Pinney

Friends of the Pinney Branch Book Sale. Friday: 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Members Only. 9 - 10 a.m. Saturday: Bag Sale 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. $5 a bag

Sequoya Friends Book Sale
Saturday, September 4, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Westgate Mall
At our new location--Westgate Mall next to TJ Maxx. 2pm Bag Sale (Selected Books).
Art, gift quality books, CDs, science fiction, new fiction, collectibles, classics, cookbooks, mysteries, German, discount books, history, public policy, travel, and much more. Bring your donations of books & media items to Sequoya Library or bring donations to our Westgate location Thursday mornings & book sale days. Or phone 288-9848 to arrange a pick up.

Friends of the Lakeview Branch Used Book Sale
Saturday, September 18, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Lakeview Branch
Hundreds of gently used books for sale. Bag Sale from 3 - 5 p.m.

Monroe Street Library League Used Book Sale
Saturday, October 2, 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Get good bargains at the library when you attend Saturday's Monroe Street Festival.

Friends of Madison Public Library Fall Sale
Thursday, September 23 - Saturday, September 25 at the Central Library
Thursday hours, 12 - 6 p.m. members only preview (join at the door), 6 - 8 p.m. sale open to the public.
Friday hours, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday hours, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., bag sale 12 - 2 p.m.
The revenue from these sales goes back to the library to fund the purchase of materials, enhanced programming, and special projects at all nine locations. Donations of materials for the sales are welcome and can be dropped off at the Central Library during open hours. Volunteers to coordinate and work at the sales are also needed. If you are interested check the appropriate line on the Friends membership application or fill out a volunteer form in the Friends bookstore in the library.


Donate Your Used Books!

All Madison Public Library locations accept donations of used books and audiovisual materials year round for sale at their booksales.
