Learning at the Library

Madison Public Library provides many opportunities for adults to learn a new skill or tool, in group workshops or with one-on-one instruction and assistance.

Are you a performer, teacher, or facilitator who would like to present a program in partnership with the library? Please fill out our Program Application with details about your program idea. Please note that the library is not able to respond to all program submissions.

The Bubbler

The Bubbler is Madison Public Library’s community-wide maker program. Visit the Bubbler site for Bubbler workshops and events.

Media Lab

The Media Lab at the Central Library provides access to a sound booth, audio recording and editing equipment, video editing software, game design software, and more. Workshops and open labs are facilitated by local industry experts. Learn more on the Media Lab page.
