Librarians from around the country are available whenever you need information -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How the service works.
Submit your question using the form to the right.
Wait a little bit. A librarian be with you shortly, and will send you a message.
Work with the librarian. The librarian will chat with you and send you web pages that he thinks will help answer your question. This librarian may not be from your local library, and may not be able to answer questions about your library card or local policies.
Use the information. After your session, a complete transcript will be displayed in your browser with all the links you visited with the librarian. If you provided your email address, the transcript will be emailed to you immediately.
Tips:
This service is brought to you by the AskAway Consortium, which is comprised of participating libraries & library systems, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and WiLS.
